Dr. Mike Powell served as the pastor of a church in Pocatello, Idaho for 41 years before handing off his ministry responsibilities and joining the faculty of NICS. He brings decades of experience in training students of God’s Word. He has taught in a university and brings academic rigor to his classroom, but he also has spent his life in practical ministry and combines the theoretical with the practical.
