“Contend earnestly for the faith handed down once for all to the saints.” – Jude 3
This teaching from Jude is a mandate for all believers. All those who share in the salvation of Jesus Christ are blessed to labor on behalf of the historic Christian faith as it has been faithfully handed down to our generation. The singular message of the Gospel must be rallied around and its implications for every sphere of life must be realized so that the body of Christ will be edified and the world impacted by Truth. At Northwest Institute for Christian Studies, it is our aim to provide an accessible, personal, compelling, and effective education to equip local saints in a variety of fields and vocations to do just that.
Rich Instruction
Our courses are designed to be rich and as uncompromising as possible. Students can expect to be stretched in knowledge and challenged in application. Our faculty have dedicated their lives to instructing and building up disciples, and you will be blessed.
Tailored Accessibility
Our program is catered to those already engaged in full time vocation. Our class formats, course fees, and workload flexibility reflect our desire to provide uncompromising quality at a minimum cost and burden to our students.
Encouraging Discipleship
Learning in community is a unique blessing. We have built fellowship and discipleship into our program to give out students and faculty informal contexts to build each other up at the intersection of worship, knowledge, life, and ministry.
Local Commitment
This program has been developed from the ground up by local saints, for local saints. We aren’t going anywhere. We will remain a resource and support for our students.
